- 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 C almond milk (you can use whole milk, we just have dairy allergies)
- 1 tsp vanilla (sometimes we’ll use mint extract instead)
- a handful of chocolate chips
- finish with mini marshmallows
I will often make up the dry ingredients and put them in a mason jar and that allows me to do a cup at a time.
