Lily’s Hot Chocolate

  • 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 C granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 C almond milk (you can use whole milk, we just have dairy allergies)
  • 1 tsp vanilla (sometimes we’ll use mint extract instead)
  • a handful of chocolate chips
  • finish with mini marshmallows

I will often make up the dry ingredients and put them in a mason jar and that allows me to do a cup at a time.
